Team,
We're making some big moves to get excited about this weekend—besides Super Bowl LV! In staying true to our mission to serve communities who need us most, we're joining forces with a team of veteran organizations ready to support the nation's vaccination efforts with all we've got.
You may see some new faces on vaccination ops soon. This morning the Veterans Coalition for Vaccination (VCV) was official kicked off. The founding members (Team Rubicon, Wounded Warrior Project, IAVA, Student Veterans of America, The Mission Continues, and Team RWB) will all aid in the healing of our nation by leveraging over a million military veteran volunteers across the country for vaccination distribution operations.
The VCV aims to build trust in the vaccine and fight the spread of misinformation. Through this unique network, we will ensure equitable distribution of the vaccine to communities often forgotten and to support the decompression of the healthcare workforce. Please help us spread the word about the VCV.

Virtual training events: OPEN Virtual training events are ongoing, accessible through Roll Call, and open to all Greyshirts—knock out some courses!
In-person training events: CLOSED In-person gatherings are still unavailable for all Greyshirts—it’s a real bummer, we know.
Additionally, we’re backing up communities during vaccination site surges We've rolled out a separate service capability known as “Greyshirt Staff Augmentation,” which means we’ll deploy to help staff under-resourced community organizations at vaccination sites by request when there’s a surge in people showing up to their sites. For an in-depth rundown of this service, refer to the GSA FAQ.
Let’s stay ready, TR Nation. Check Roll Call often for your chance to join us in the field. Until next week, get shit done and enjoy your weekend.
